Hot water Boiler industri High temp water Boiler adalah salah satu produk kettle yang memiliki sistem kerja menggunakan media water (air) sebagai penghantar panasnya. Dengan desain dan perhitungan sedemikian rupa, Hot water evaporator kami mampu bekerja untuk panas temperatur 40°C hingga maksimal 120°C tanpa terjadi steam atau uap. High temp water heater bekerja hanya menggunakan tekanan dari pompa sirkulasi dengan pressure pompa sirkulasi kurang dari 4 barg membuat boiling water kettle ini sangat aman untuk dioperasikan. Umur kerja dari high temp water evaporator yang dipergunakan umumnya lebih dari 10 s/d 15 tahun dan tidak diperlukan penambahan apapun selama tidak ada kebocoran pada pipa-pipa atau peralatan pemanas, dan selama itu tidak diperlukan pembersihan karena bagian dalam loop tersirkulasi oleh air panas.
Kami telah merancang Seri Boiler Air Panas high temp water Winskettel kami secara khusus untuk memberikan pemanasan gedung dan industri pengolahan industri dengan Boiler Kualitas Super dengan Keunggulan tiada banding dalam Keselamatan, Layanan Umur Panjang, dan Operasi Ekonomis. Kesederhanaan Sistem tanpa kipas atau katup FGR, memungkinkan administrator evaporator ordinary untuk menyesuaikan dan memperbaiki Sistem. Keterulangan pengulangan tidak tertandingi.
Sistem Hot water Boiler winskettel menawarkan banyak keuntungan dari Emisi NOx Rendah dan CO, distribusi panas yang seragam di seluruh permukaan pemanas dan peningkatan efisiensi. Heater menggabungkan bed burner dari Heavy Duty Metal Fiber Burners (MFB). Melalui bermacam-macam gas premix gas/udara, burner dapat dihubungkan ke blender blower yang sepenuhnya modulasi yang menawarkan kontrol pembakaran yang presisi melalui berbagai modulasi. Sistem Burner tersedia pada evaporator baru atau untuk perbaikan Parker. Sistem Parker Boiler telah terbukti di lapangan pada Parker dan jenis kettle lainnya sebagai alternatif yang efisien, tahan lama, Rendah NOx, efisien.

Expansion Cum Make-Up Water Tank :
The expansion cum make-up water tank of capacity 1000 liters will be provided to compensate any leakages from hot water generator system and expansion of water while heating. This tank is designed by considering 2000 liter utility side holdup and 15000 liter total system holdup (customer to confirm). Tank will be no pressurized and open to atmosphere. This tank to be located at the top most location of thesystem.
